Digital innovation should support people, not replace them.

Hanover Scotland’s Test of Time project explored how technology can work alongside traditional services to strengthen daily reassurance for residents, while helping teams focus their time where it matters most.

The project highlighted strong satisfaction from residents and offered valuable learning on how digital tools can help shape future support services without losing the human touch.
