I just can't relate ๐คท
Loads of my pals in their thirties are complaining about their bodies catching up with them.
Constant back ache, dodgy shoulders, sharp knee pain, pulled muscles - you name it, they've got it.
Every day they're discovering some new ache or pain somewhere.
Meanwhile, despite dislocating my shoulder twice, mangling my medial collateral ligament and rolling my ankles more times than a baker rolls dough, I feel great.
No major aches, pains, or problems... (for now!).
I recognise that I have a huge advantage over most in that I've worked active jobs for most of my life.
But this has just helped to highlight just how pivotal regular movement is in preventing physical problems.
And Iโd make the case that most of these so-called โage-relatedโ aches and pains actually have less to do with getting older and more to do with how little we tend to move the older we get.
Because itโs well documented - with each year that passes, the less active we tend to become.
It's that decrease in physical activity and movement that creates so many of these issues, NOT the fact there's an extra candle on your cake.
You donโt have to just accept or live with aches and pain or pass it off as 'getting old'.
Through structured exercise programs and the accountability that comes with having a coach, Iโve helped hundreds of clients watch their โage-relatedโ aches and pains fade away into the background.
So, if you want to stop letting those annoying aches and pains from holding you back and start feeling better in your body again, get in touch.
