‼ IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ‼
The Scottish government has announced some measures today to help reduce the spread of the Omicron variant. With this in mind, I have reduced the available number of appointment spots across all the sound bath events in Fife and Edinburgh to allow for more social distancing. I completely understand the stress and inconvenience that further measures impose on everyone so if anyone who is already booked in for tonight's sound bath in Burntisland is at all concerned about attending, please reach out to me and I will be happy to exchange your appointment for a future date when things have calmed down a bit. This also goes for next week's sound bath in Aberdour.
It is more important than ever to support our immune systems during the next couple of months. Sound healing is a really excellent non-contact way of reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep and supporting immune systems. If you don't feel comfortable attending a session in person, please consider participating in a virtual session. I will be scheduling more ad hoc virtual sessions in the New Year so keep an eye on this page for updates. Thank you everyone and stay safe & well! 🙏🥰

10am
11.30am
2.30pm
4.00pm
