Congratulations to Magnus who has had his final sign off from physio ✅👏

4 months ago Magnus had a fall while playing football with his friends. He arrived at ESP Physio unable to bend his wrist without pain in all directions.

After working with Damien for the past month Magnus has now regained his full movement and strength back in his wrist and is able to play sport pain free 🤩

De Quervain's Tenosynovitis, commonly known as 'Smartphone thumb', is an inflammation of the tendon(s) and tendon sheath(s) on the outside of the thumb.

Meniscal Tears 🦵

Damage to the meniscus, the cartilage within the knee, is commonly seen in younger athletes - typically after a rapid twisting/turning motion.

Sharp pain, with grinding, swelling, clicking or locking of the knee joint are common symptoms of meniscal tears.
