This a great example of the impact a coach can have. Before thinking individuals as athletes, remembering they are human beings and how words can have a positive impact on their development.

This is something I have seen up close over the last year, where the coaches have created a safe and positive culture for boxers to excel and be themselves. 🥊🥊
