Mindfulness can help you manage pain by calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and improving sleep — helping you feel more in control of your wellbeing.
These sessions are for those who have taken a class with Cath before or have previous mindfulness experience
Our session is led by Cath, a trained and accredited mindfulness teacher who’s been supporting others through the practice since 2020, creating a safe and welcoming space for people to learn and share.
