Are you struggling with chronic pain?

Please know you are not alone and there is support out there.
As a first step, come along to our next in-person session at Craigmillar Medical Practice on the 4th September.

How will it help me?
This supportive and friendly session is an introduction to help you develop a way of dealing with your pain and should allow you to:

- Know more about your pain
- Learn how to better deal with stress
- Be able to enjoy life more
- Be able to do more

Jason, who lives with chronic pain, transforms his experiences into vibrant, interactive digital sculptures exploring disability, identity, and resilience — an exhibition not to be missed.
