We're delighted to welcome Gavin Davies to the LBF team!
Gavin is a long-time advocate for Strength and Conditioning training, stretching and mobility work, with over a decade of disciplined, consistent personal practice, experimentation and refinement.
His training background sits on 8 years of cycling training in London before relocating to Edinburgh and transitioning to full-time PT.
Gavin builds trust with clients by having the awareness and attention to detail that enables him to meet clients where they’re at, programme the training they need, and pinpoint areas to improve and progress their physicality safely and efficiently.
He designs training programs to improve performance, increase confidence, health and longevity and empower individuals to embrace any other challenging opportunity they face. His approach to general physical preparedness is with the goal of developing capable and durable people.
Gavin has deep knowledge on physicality and a drive to continually improve sees him reading extensively and continually learning through established trainers who prove their process. He has attended training seminars both in the UK and the US.
He is a calmly motivating force and an incredibly supportive, kind and knowledgeable trainer to work with. He understands the connection between body, mind and lifestyle, so training becomes a holistic part of broader self-improvement. His other areas of knowledge include nutrition, sleep hygiene and breathwork.
