Farewell to Our Long‑Serving MRI Scanner... Upgrade incoming! 🎉

This weekend we said goodbye to our MRI scanner. After supporting thousands of patients and clinical teams over the years, its removal now clears the way for installation of our brand‑new, cutting‑edge GE MRI system.

This advanced scanner, equipped with AI‑powered technology, will deliver faster scans, exceptional image quality, and improved diagnostic precision - all while providing a smoother, more comfortable experience for our patients.

With our CT scanner already successfully upgraded and the X‑ray project well underway, introducing the new MRI system marks the next major step in enhancing our imaging services and continuing to deliver the highest quality care.

A huge thank‑you to everyone involved in the safe and efficient removal over the weekend. We’re excited for this next chapter and the improved experience it will bring for our patients and colleagues. 💚

Ski season is here, and whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first‑timer, a little preparation goes a long way in keeping you safe and confident on the mountain.
✔️ Top Tips to Prepare for Your Ski Trip:
🏋️‍♀️ Strengthen your legs & core
Skiing uses muscles we don’t always switch on day‑to‑day. A few weeks of squats, lunges, and balance exercises can help dramatically.
🧘‍♂️ Work on flexibility
Stretching your hips, hamstrings, and lower back reduces strain and supports better technique.
🎿 Check your kit
