Healing Circles are not the same as "women's circles" or the gatherings that have become more common recently.
This is older. Much older.
In traditional shamanic cultures, healing happened within the entire tribe. When someone became unwell, it affected everyone. The group shared responsibility for restoring balance. A powerful collective energy would emerge, amplifying the healing far beyond what any individual could achieve alone.
This is what we're creating October 11th.
Not a support group. Not a sharing circle. A true shamanic healing circle where:

You receive healing from the collective
You channel spirits to offer healing to others
Everyone contributes to the restoration of balance

I'll guide the entire process, starting with a thorough introduction to shamanism and healing. No prior experience needed - just an open heart.
Trained practitioners will hold the container, but every person in the circle becomes part of the healing field. This is how our ancestors did it. This is how healing becomes exponentially more powerful.
Bring your healing tools if you have them. Or come empty-handed. What matters is your presence, your intention, your willingness to be part of something bigger than yourself.

Making gnocchi requires the same intuition I use in my shamanic work. Is the dough ready? Your hands know. Is the water the right temperature? Your body tells you. No manual can teach you the feeling - you have to experience it.
I love how different practices teach the same lesson. The sensitivity that helps me journey between worlds also helps me know when pasta dough needs more flour. Different contexts, same knowing.
Best part of making gnocchi? The concentration required to roll each one meant my busy mind finally went quiet. Just hands, dough, and presence. Meditation comes in many forms.
Whether you're learning pasta-making or shamanic practice, the lesson's the same: your body holds wisdom your mind hasn't accessed yet. Trust it.
In my year training starting October 25th, we develop this exact sensitivity - that knowing without thinking. The same awareness that tells you the gnocchi is ready tells you when energy shifts, when someone needs healing, when the spirits are present.
It all comes from the same place: body wisdom. And it's already in you.

Healing Circles are not the same as “women’s circles” or the gatherings that have become more common in recent times.

In traditional shamanic cultures, healing took place within the entire tribe rather than just in one-on-one sessions. The community saw itself as a unified whole, where each person contributed to the well-being of others. When someone became unwell, it affected everyone, so the group shared the responsibility of restoring balance and health. In these communal healing sessions, a powerful collective energy would emerge, greatly amplifying the healing process for the person in need.

This is what we aim to recreate during our weekend together: a strong, collective contribution where everyone plays a part in the healing of those in need.

You will have the opportunity to:

Receive healing
Channel spirits and offer your support to others
Trained practitioners will guide the healing process. At the start, I will provide a thorough introduction to shamanism and healing, so no prior experience is required—just an open heart filled with unconditional love.

Feel free to bring any healing tools you like or come as you are, with nothing at all.

This tree holds everyone's wishes. Their hopes. Their prayers for healing.
Standing here, I'm reminded that shamanic work isn't solitary. Even when we journey alone, we're part of something bigger. Every person who tied a wish to these branches understood this - healing happens in community, even with strangers we'll never meet.
In my year training, we create our own medicine tree. Not physical (though you can if you want), but energetic. A place where your ancestors, power animals, and spirit helpers gather. Where you learn that you're never actually working alone.
The problems people bring to me - exhaustion, confusion, feeling lost, sensing everything but understanding nothing - these aren't individual failings. They're collective wounds looking for collective healing.
This tree knows something we've forgotten: every wish tied to its branches strengthens all the others. Your healing helps mine. Mine helps yours. We're all connected by invisible threads, just like these ribbons in the wind.
October 25th we begin weaving our own medicine tree together. A year of learning that your struggles aren't yours alone, and neither is your medicine.
You don't have to carry everything by yourself anymore.

When I wear this African cloth, I feel the presence of all the healers who came before me. Not heavy weight - sacred weight. The kind that reminds you this work isn't new, it's ancient.
Here's what I see people struggling with before they join my year training:
"I feel everything too deeply" - You're not too sensitive. You're untrained. There's a difference between being overwhelmed by energy and knowing how to work with it.
"I'm exhausted all the time" - Because you're carrying energy that isn't yours. I'll teach you extraction techniques that actually work.
"I know things but can't explain how" - That's your shamanic sight trying to wake up. We'll develop it properly so you can trust what you're seeing.
"I feel called to help but don't know how" - Your healing abilities are there, just dormant. Like muscles that haven't been used.
"Nothing feels meaningful anymore" - Soul loss. It's real, it's common, and it's retrievable.
"I'm stuck in patterns I can't break" - Ancestral imprints. We'll journey to the source and heal it there.
This cloth reminds me that healing traditions exist everywhere. Africa, Scotland, Peru, Milan - every land has its medicine keepers. You come from them, wherever your ancestors walked.
They're in your bones. Waiting.
Year training starts October 25th. We solve these problems by awakening what's already in you.

Yesterday at the airport I saw a "blind book date" display: books wrapped in brown paper with just a few cryptic words as clues. Have you ever bought one?
This trend has been growing for a few years now, and I love what it represents. We're so hungry to remember how to choose without reviews, without knowing everything in advance.
Just you, a mystery, and a feeling.
This is shamanism in its purest form. When you journey to meet your power animal, you don't get a preview. When a healing stone calls to you, you don't know why. The spirits don't send their CV before they work with you.
The pull comes first. Understanding follows, sometimes years later.
I stood there watching people choose their blind books. Some grabbed quickly, trusting their first impulse. Others hovered, hand moving between options, feeling for the right one. Both approaches work. The body knows.
This is the skill we develop in shamanic practice: trusting the pull without needing to understand it. Following the thread even when you can't see where it leads. Choosing based on resonance rather than reason.
Every wrapped book is an invitation to remember how you knew things before you needed proof.

Every person who's ever said "I knew something was wrong" - that's your body trying to save you and your conditioning overriding it.
We've trained ourselves to need proof instead of trusting that tightness in our chest. To be polite instead of protected. To explain away every signal our body sends.
Your ancestors survived because they trusted that sudden urge to move. That unexplained unease. They didn't wait for evidence. Evidence would have meant death.
That system is still in you.
You know who's safe without words.
You know which room to avoid.
You know when someone's lying.
You know before your mind knows.
We just taught ourselves to ignore it.
In shamanic practice, we return to the first knowledge. Not what you learned, but what you came with. What every cell already knows.
Start with the small signals. Notice what your body - not your thoughts - does when you have to choose.
Expansion = yes
Contraction = no
It's that simple. We just made it complicated.
Your intuition isn't mystical. It's millions of years of evolution trying to keep you alive.
Listen.

22/09/2025

Your body knows before your mind does.
Place one hand on your belly, one on your heart. Ask a question. Feel the response:
Expansion = yes
Contraction = no
This isn't wishful thinking. It's ancient wisdom your body never forgot.
Daily practices for awakening your intuitive gifts:
🌻Grounding: Visualize roots growing from your feet deep into earth. This stabilizes your energy field and stops you absorbing everyone else's emotions. Do this before entering any crowded space.
🌻Nature signs: Sit quietly outside. Ask for guidance about something specific. Notice what catches your attention - a bird's movement, cloud formation, the way light touches a leaf. Nature always speaks to those who listen.
🌻Dream wisdom: Keep a journal by your bed. Before sleep, ask for guidance. Write whatever fragments you remember upon waking. Your soul travels at night - honor what it brings back.
Start with one practice. Master it. Then add another.
Ready for a complete transformation?
My year-long shamanic training begins October 25th. We'll develop these abilities systematically, with support, in community. You'll move from sensing energy to working with it. From receiving signs to journeying between worlds.
This isn't a course you take. It's an initiation you undergo.

End of cycles.
I've been sitting with big changes lately. Even if from the outside life looks unchanged. Those moments when you realize you’ve outgrown something essential, when staying the same feels more painful than letting go.
September always carries this energy of transition, but this year it feels different. Today, 21st September, we meet the New Moon in Virgo, a solar eclipse, and the equinox, a rare alignment where endings and beginnings weave into one.

In shamanic practice, we understand that endings are not failures. They are completions. Every cycle has its season, every turn its purpose. To resist this is like trying to hold back autumn, to force colour into black and white.

The rattle speaks a different language than the drum.
Where the drum carries you between worlds like a steady heartbeat, the rattle breaks up stuck energy like rain on hard earth. It doesn't transport - it transforms.
In indigenous traditions, rattles are used to:

Break up energetic blockages in the body
Call in the spirits at the beginning of ceremony
Seal the healing at the end
Clear confusion from the mind
Wake up sleeping parts of the soul

The sound penetrates differently than drumming. It gets into the spaces between thoughts, between cells, between worlds. Like seeds shaking in a pod, ready to burst into new life.
In my year training starting October 25th, you'll learn the specific ways to work with rattles:

The diagnosis rattle technique - finding where energy is stuck
Different rhythms for different purposes
How to make or choose your rattle
When to use rattle vs drum (crucial difference)
The relationship between rattling and the nervous system

Your rattle becomes an extension of your intention. Each shake sends ripples through the energy field, breaking up what's dense, calling in what's needed.
Some healings need the journey of the drum. Others need the awakening of the rattle. You'll learn to know which is which.

Swinging between worlds in this field of sunflowers.
This is what the shamanic path feels like sometimes - suspended between earth and sky, held by nothing but trust, surrounded by beauty that makes no logical sense.
You leave behind the solid ground of what you thought you knew. You swing into spaces where flowers are teachers, where mountains hold memory, where your power animal is more real than your job title.
It's not always comfortable, this swing between worlds. Sometimes you're neither here nor there. Sometimes you're everything and nothing at once.
But look at these sunflowers. They don't question their purpose. They just turn toward the light, grow tall, bloom outrageously, then return to seed. No drama. No doubt. Just pure life force expressing itself.
In my year training starting October 25th, you'll learn to swing between the worlds with grace. To be fully here AND fully there. To bring back medicine from the other side without losing your grounding on this side.
You'll discover that the swing itself is the teaching. The movement between worlds is where healing happens. The space between breath is where spirit enters.
Ready to trust the ropes and swing?

Barefoot on the earth. Drum in hand. This is how we remember.
Remember what? That you're not separate from nature. That your ancestors knew how to heal with sound, with intention, with connection to the land beneath their feet.
In my year training starting October 25th, you won't just learn techniques. You'll remember abilities that have been sleeping in your bones.
The earth recognizes your bare feet - you've walked on her for thousands of generations.
The drum recognizes your heartbeat - it's the same rhythm.
The spirits recognize your call - they've been waiting.
This isn't about becoming something new. It's about peeling away everything that made you forget what you already are.
A healer. A bridge between worlds. A keeper of ancient ways.
When you stand barefoot on grass, holding a drum, wearing whatever makes you feel powerful - you're not playing dress-up. You're coming home to yourself.
The modern world convinced you that magic isn't real. That healing requires degrees and certificates. That you need permission to work with spirit.
Your ancestors are laughing at these ideas.
Ready to remember?
