This week inside the Knee Mentor programme, I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with men’s health physio legend Bill Taylor (Taylor Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic) .

We covered everything from prostate meds (yes, Tamsulosin can affect your knees!), to the calf muscle pump, to why pelvic floor strength matters for men - especially those living with knee OA.

Bill brought insight, humour, and decades of experience to our “We Ask the Experts” series - and our clients will
love listening!

🙏 Thank you Bill for sharing your time and wisdom.

This is ONE of the things that sets Knee Mentor apart - we don’t just treat joints, we guide the whole person.
