It’s been ages since I last updated, so thought I better let you know what’s going on!
Mixed news really, the good is that Back2life clinic has reopened & are taking patients, however I’ve had to take the decision not to return to work until the schools are back.
I’ll miss your faces (& backs, knees etc) but hopefully this is just a short term blip in the grand scheme of things.
Lots of great colleagues I can recommend in Edinburgh & surrounds, so get in touch if there’s anything I can help with. 😊

Hello, a little update from me.
Unfortunately due to the current Covid-19 situation I have stopped practicing for the time being.
As we know it’s a rapidly changing situation so I will update this page when we start to come through the other side.
Stay safe, stay home & do your best to enjoy the time with your family & please keep in touch with those who are unfortunate enough to be on their own at this time.

Please think about yourselves and if you are in any way vulnerable it may be best to postpone your appointment.
If you feel ill with a dry cough, fever, or shortness of breath please cancel, and seek further advice from the NHS.

I’m sure you already know how to wash thoroughly, but here’s a wee reminder.
Hand washing is not only a defence against COVID-19 but also against all the other horrible bugs going around.
Wash your hands regularly, especially after going to the loo, being out and about, before eating or handling food & try to avoid touching your face.
