Join us for a transformative experience that combines the sacred traditions of Ceremonial Cacao, Shamanic Journey, and Kundalini Yoga.

In this workshop, we will embark on a beautiful journey with the spirit of Cacao, a powerful plant known to open the heart and awaken the soul. We will access powerful tools from the Kundalini Yoga tradition, which will assist us in preparing the ground for expansion and healing. The practice of Shamanic Journey will foster a deeper connection with our soul and allow us to experience our core essence.

Through the combined practices of meditation, breathwork, yoga and shamanic rituals, we will explore deep healing, release old patterns, and access our inner wisdom. Together, we will awaken the sacred within.

This workshop offers a profound opportunity to cultivate self-trust, spiritual connection, and inner strength, supported by a loving and like-minded community. Perfect for anyone seeking clarity, healing, and transformation on their journey.

The invitation is for all of us to step more fully into our path and bridge forward the gifts and wisdom we all carry.

What an amazing day we had yesterday at the first ever Scottish Kundalini Yoga Festival! It was a great honour to host this festival and spend the day with our growing kundalini yoga community.💫💚☀️

Thank you to these amazing women, co-organisers, and for making this happen!!! We went through a lot in the last 6 months, learnt a lot and grew together!

Bogi is in the lineup for the Scottish Kundalini Yoga Festival 2024! It will be held at Bellfield, Portobello, Edinburgh, 9.30-6.30pm. Bogi will be co-hosting a beautiful set of kundalini yoga (with Jenny) at the start of the day.

Bogi started her Kundalini Yoga journey in 2015 when she was instantly hooked on her first Kundalini Yoga class. She became a teacher in 2017. Since then, she has been teaching in person in Edinburgh and online and recently co-hosted a retreat in Spain. She is on her Level 2 teacher training journey with Sahej Academy. She lives close to Porty and can’t wait the warmer days to restart her beach kundalini yoga classes.

Bogi, What does Kundalini Yoga mean for you?

It means being and staying connected to something beautiful beyond my stories, traumas and beliefs and saying YES to life every morning. It also means a great community, I feel very grateful for all the people I have met on this journey.

Describe a beautiful moment in your Kundalini Yoga practice?

Isle of Mull, Calgary Bay, doing 31 minutes Sat Kriya on the beach, feel the sun on my face, hear the waves and feeling completely loved and in union with everything and everyone.

How has Kundalini Yoga changed you?

The biggest change is that I love and accept myself more. Just like Rumi said: ‘Close your eyes, Fall in love, Stay there’.

Anything else you would like to add?

I am so grateful for our amazing small team of the festival organising committee and the chance to create this festival.
