Are you free some Thursday evenings to join my Physio-Led Pilates class in Portobello? Pilates will help you to relax and unwind, reduce posture-related pain, and improve your strength and flexibility.

Classes are at the Yellow Bamboo Yoga studio nr Figgate Park or via zoom, if you prefer. The cost is £10 when block booking or £12 to drop in.

- Relaxation to help you deal with stress and improve wellbeing.
- Instructor is a Physiotherapist, a Pilates Instructor with twelve years experience, and a Yoga Teacher. Knowledgeable about the human body, it’s abilities and able to challenge you whilst accounting for any injuries or health conditions.
