💚🕺 Sharing his special day with our Mags, Alan decided to have a birthday haircut at his local barbers ✂️ ✂️ Many locals will recognise Alan from running the grocer’s shop for years, in Saughtonhall Drive, Edinburgh, and Viva’s owner Viv even worked in the shop, at the very tender age of 15!! Not yesterday 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤣🤣

Ethel May Caterham is celebrating her 116th birthday today 🥳

Ethel has the title not only of being the UK’s oldest person, but now is also officially recognised as being the oldest living person in the world!

Previously, the supercentenarian has said her secret to longevity is ‘never arguing with anyone, I listen and I do what I like!’ Ethel, who was born in the reign of King Edward VII in 1909, is celebrating the day quietly with her family at her care home in Surrey.
