We are so excited to announce the next block of our FABULOUS Aquanatal Yoga classes for pregnancy, starting after the Easter holidays. The weather is warming up, and there's no better time to get into the pool to get some gentle exercise, stretch, and meet other mums-to-be🤰

Classes start from Wednesday 22nd April on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 6.30pm and 7.15pm. The 5 week block runs until the 21st May.

If you're 14weeks+ pregnant THIS is the class for you. Your body will thank you for it❤

Pregnant ladies, this is the perfect class for you to stretch, relax, gently exercise, and meet other mums-to-be😍 In lovely warm pools, you will feel weightless and wonderful!

We are thrilled to be running a teacher training course in Edinburgh for our fabulous Turtle Tums classes NEXT WEEK, and we would LOVE to have some pregnant ladies come along during the course.

These free classes are on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th October at Braidburn Special School (one of our super warm and toasty pools!):
