Because real transformation doesn’t mean restriction.

My non negotiable was an evening sweet treat. It used to be a dessert but I tweaked it to a custard cream biscuit which then tweaked to a square of Lindt 70% chocolate which I nibble to last while I drink my evening camomile tea 😜

Great question! 🙋‍♀️ I thought I was lazy or broken but I was just burnt out on all the one-size-fits all weight loss plans, approaches & advice.

😌 I found I didn’t need to hustle harder, I needed something simple that worked WITH my body. I started small. I started quietly - not even my husband knew exactly what I was doing.

🧠I regained integrity with myself one small decision at a time.

⚡️If you want to know how I slowly developed habits which helped me lose 16kg & keep it off for 2 1/2 yrs & feel so much more like my 30 something self the type ‘it’s not so hard’ in the comments ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Welcome to SHIFT! Michelle joined us this week because she was tired of feeling fat & not like her normal self. She’s decided it’s time for her now 👏& her needs & she needs help to feel more like her younger self again. No matter how much time she spends exercising she realises that the key is 80 % nutrition & 20% exercise. Abs are made in the kitchen & fine tuned in the gym!!
