Consistency is more important than super healthy bursts of discipline.
If you find that hitting your health and fitness goals feels impossible, start with the minimum you can change NOW, something that is easy and you enjoy.
Once you feel comfortable there and there is a routine forming, add another healthy habit.
Do not rush into making everything perfect from week 1.
Trust yourself in this process.
For me, it has always been having smoothies. It was so delicious, cheap, quick to prepare and easy.
Nowadays my breakfast is either fruit or a smoothie and it’s such a well established habit that I don’t feel like eating a heavy breakfast anymore!

Small consistent steps can take you a long way my friends.

I often take healthy snacks and water with me when I’m going out. I give myself the option of fruit, before anything else.

Wellness is a choice. It will flow into your life when you consciously choose it through your daily choices.
Small, sustainable steps are more transformative than extreme periods of detox that will push you back into addictive eating patterns.

Focus on small. Be consistent with easy things until they become natural.
