If you’ve been wanting to try Pilates but feel unsure about joining a larger class, we’re here to help.
With over 20 years of training each, our fully comprehensively trained instructors are here to guide you safely and effectively.
So what does “fully comprehensive” mean?
👉 Training across all Pilates equipment, following the original method—once called Contrology
👉 An in-depth apprenticeship of 500–800 hours, including anatomy, physiology and a deep understanding of movement
Pilates is not all about choreography—it’s about problem solving, critical thinking, and understanding how your body moves and feels.
Our focus is on providing a positive, pain-free movement experience, helping you feel stronger, more balanced and more connected in your body.

✨ Fundamentals Class with Laura
📅 Tuesdays
⏰ 5:30 – 6:30pm
A small group class (max 4 people) designed to give you the confidence and understanding to walk into any Pilates class—matwork, reformer, studio circuit or full apparatus—and truly know how to make it work for your body.
✨ Wednesdays with Lyn
⏰ 5:30pm – Mat Class
A focused class to build strength, mobility and control using bodyweight exercises, helping you improve alignment and movement patterns.
⏰ 6:30pm – Studio Circuit Class
A dynamic session using a range of equipment, designed to challenge the whole body while improving strength, coordination and overall movement.
✨ Thursdays with Rachel (Student Instructor)
⏰ 5:00 – 7:00pm
Offering Private and Duet Reformer sessions only, providing a more personalised and supported experience.
