By loving all our aspects and accepting ourselves we also become more true to ourselves and compassionate to others. It is a process that should be honoured and time taken for self discovery. Have you ever been to a metaphysical shop and felt like you want to pick up crystals but feel like the owner doesn’t want you to touch anything? Have you ever seen crystals in a shop but there were so many you didn’t no where to start or what to choose? Well I have!! My workshops are fun and interactive we will look at What crystals to start with , how to choose, how to programme, cleanse and charge (what it all means) to some geeky science facts on how crystal healing works, Manifesting and Crystal Grids , sacred geometry and crystal shapes, energy protection, What is better raw or tumbled stones? How to spot what is fake and real, and many crystals for different chakras and ailments and diseases. I will have some of my own crystals that I use in my crystal healing sessions that you will be able to hold and connect with. There will also be an opportunity to purchase some crystal goodies for yourself at the pop-up shop.
Crystal Healing, how does it work?
They have been used by many ancient civilizations (e.g Lemuria and Atlantis) to promote healing, protection and activating the crown chakra for psychic development. Science can now prove that everything is made up of energy and that nothing is solid. Everything has a consciousness flowing through it. On my own healing journey I have become very passionate about vibrational healing and how energy healing work can benefit everyone and on all levels physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Crystals are a very powerful energy tool which can, balance and unblock stuck stale energy in the chakras (energy points in body). Chakras are the Sanskrit word for (energy) wheel. Crystals become a conduit of positive healing energy. Each crystal has its own vibration and unique purpose for healing and connecting to us. Quantum physics show that memory is stored in our cells, joints and bones so every cell in our body has a consciousness.
Crystals DO NOT CURE YOU! They vibrationally work on our energy layers (auras) balancing and cleansing and that then allows the client to accept these changes on a subconscious level so that it then can affect and heal the physical body. Crystals are awesome energy tools YOU are the magic not the crystal ! They help you help you help yourself!
From personal experience using crystals for certain health problems have helped me massively. I always use Sodalite for anxiety and to help me sleep and Carnelian for back ache and amethyst for migraines. Why I love crystals so much is that each person can develop their own relationship with different crystals and what works for one person might be different to another person. Also the intention of doing something positive for yourself plays a part in your healing and programming of each crystal. As everyone’s energy field is different and vibrationally fluctuates crystals can move, diffuse, divert and absorb. Physical disease can happen due to an imbalance of the mind body and soul. What is Reiki?
“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing, This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication. Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch channelling life-force energy with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the body.
What to expect from a Reiki and crystal healing treatment.
There will be a brief consultation before starting the treatment. You will be fully clothed and will be relaxing on a therapy bed with a blanket over your body for comfort. I will then select crystals which I will place on and around you on specific areas relevant to your needs.
Reiki activates the energy of the crystals, it ampifies the healing intention. With Reiki and crystal healing combined I will begin with a light touch of “laying on hands” and start from the crown chakra and work my way down to your feet. During this time I will work on each of the chakras and use crystal techniques and reiki to aid in balance and healing. As with Crystal Healing, Reiki works on all levels energetically for the mind body and soul
The session should last 1hr 30mins including the consultation time.
The Lotus flower lifts itself above the muddy water, which represents the act of rising above all desires and attachments - the key to achieving spiritual enlightenment. Though the flower has its root in the mud, it grows upward in the direction of light, which represents the aspiration to rise above and move towards the light. In other words, it represents the journey from darkness (represented by the muddy pond) to the light of knowledge or wisdom. It was used as a symbol flower of Lemuria originally. A Buddhist mantra describes the lotus saying, Om mani padme hum,which means Hail, the jewel in the lotus.
