🚒🔥Fire Station Trips – Edinburgh🔥🚒
Join us for a brilliant behind-the-scenes experience at Sighthill Fire Station on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April!
These family-friendly trips are a great chance for dads and their children to meet real firefighters, explore the fire engines, and get a closer look at all the equipment they use every day🚒 From trying on gear to learning how the station works, it’s a fun and interactive way to spend time together.
It’s relaxed, hands-on, and perfect for curious kids (and grown-ups too!) - plus with two dates available, you can pick the one that suits you best!

Expecting a baby? Our Dads Rock Antenatal Workshops are here to help you feel confident, prepared, and ready for the journey ahead👶
These sessions cover all the essentials, from learning how to hold, change and soothe your baby, to understanding what to expect during labour and those early days at home. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other dads and chat in a relaxed, supportive environment.

It’s National Pet Month🐾❤️
We know pets are a huge part of family life, and for many dads and children, they’re right at the heart of it. Whether it’s a dog that gets everyone out for fresh air, a cat that loves a cuddle, or a smaller furry (or scaly!) friend, pets bring so much joy, comfort and routine to our homes.
They can help children learn responsibility, encourage play and outdoor time, and often become a child’s first best friend🐶🐱

We’ve got Saturday playgroups running in Glasgow and Edinburgh this week, but please note there’s no Dundee group on Saturday
On Sunday, playgroups are on as normal in Edinburgh and Irvine👍

We improve outcomes for Children by inspiring their Dads and Families.
We offer:
Playgroups- For Dads/Granddads/Male carers. We currently run 2 playgroups for Dads and their kids (aged 0-5 yrs). Our Saturday playgroup is in Granton and Sunday playgroup is in the City Centre.
Young Dads- We support vulnerable Young Dads, aged 25 or under. Providing vital coaching for them.
School Work - We work with primary schools helping develop parental engagement and acting as positive male role models to the children within the schools. In secondary schools we promote gender equality, fatherhood and its importance to both boys and girls, for whom starting a family may not be far off.
Outreach- We provide story and song sessions for local nurseries.
Workshops - We run a range of workshops for Dads to attend, such as Antenatal, First Aid, Sleeping, Feeding and Hairstyle.
Father’s Day family event- For the last six years we’ve been running a free family on father’s day, in 2019 it was held at Tynecastle Park in Edinburgh, with over 2000 people signed up on the day.
