Sustainability is at the heart of our commitment to creating lasting change by supporting parents, especially Dads who often feel excluded from traditional parenting services. We welcome ALL Dads/Male carers from families of all shapes and sizes, any nationality and including gay, trans and non-binary Dads at our groups and activities. Our goal is to increase their skills and confidence in their vital role within the family. We are determined to help families build resilience and disrupt the cycle of adversity and trauma. We know that Children have better outcomes in life when all parents are actively involved in their upbringing. Children thrive when Dads thrive.

Amazing scenes in Ayrshire today! Congrats team! You Rock! 🤘

Some of our North Ayrshire dads have decided to do a polar plunge on New Year's Day. Apparently they really appreciate the support they get from Dads Rock and wanted to give back. If you fancy supporting them please sponsor them via their justgiving page - https://www.justgiving.com/page/kyle-campbell-2
Our Ryan has also been roped in to do the plunge with them ❄️☃
Go - Thanks so much for your support 🙌

Our Story

We improve outcomes for Children by inspiring their Dads and Families. We offer:

  • Playgroups- For Dads/Granddads/Male carers. We currently run 2 playgroups for Dads and their kids (aged 0-5 yrs). Our Saturday playgroup is in Granton and Sunday playgroup is in the City Centre.

  • Young Dads- We support vulnerable Young Dads, aged 25 or under. Providing vital coaching for them.

  • School Work - We work with primary schools helping develop parental engagement and acting as positive male role models to the children within the schools. In secondary schools we promote gender equality, fatherhood and its importance to both boys and girls, for whom starting a family may not be far off.
