Join us for a restorative Sound Bath experience. ✨

A sound bath is a meditative experience where attendees are “bathed” in sound waves produced by healing instruments like gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice.

The sound bath will take place on the last Thursday of every month. Come along on Thursday 31st July from 8:00pm to 9:00pm in One Space at One Spa for our first session.

Non-members are welcome for a cost of £10 per person and £5 for members. Booking is required – call 0131 221 7777 or email one.spa@sheraton.com.
