Your heart doesn't work alone. In your legs, there's another one... and it's called the soleus. This deep, silent, and often forgotten muscle also beats for you. Not with electrical impulses, but with movement.

Every time you walk, climb stairs, or stand on your tiptoes, the soleus is activated. And when it does, it performs a heroic task: it pushes venous blood from your legs back to your heart, defying gravity. That's why it's called the "second heart".

Where does this discreet hero live? It's in the back of your leg, hidden beneath the gastrocnemius (calf muscle). It's not explosive or fast. It's resistant. Firm. Loyal. It's made to sustain you... without applause.

3. HOLI Massage + Face mapping

Objective:

HOLI massage on key zones of the face. Face mapping – is a method according to which you will understand, depending on the location of your redness(es), pimple(s), mole, how to heal your body.

HOLI massage is a unique massage technique combining gentle, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the skin and facial muscles.

4. Access Bars (20 minutes)

Objective: Unlock mental and emotional blocks through light touch.

Activity: You will experience the 32 healing points of Access Bars on the head and their connection to your thoughts and emotions.

5. Facial Kinesio Taping (see picture below, that is not face paint, it’s actual facial tape )

Objective: Introduce kinesio taping as a tool for enhancing facial lifting, circulation, and muscle support.

I am flying out this weekend for my first European Massage Championship ever.

I am beyond excited to refresh my craft, be inspired by the over 250 therapists from all over the globe and share my wisdom in return.

I received this text from my loyal client who’s been waking up 10-13 times a night for a few months now, struggling with frozen shoulder pain and hot flushes.

Here is her result after a 90-minutes session with me yesterday. ♥️ 👇

A bit more on ••• Frozen Shoulder.
Can massage help?
The short answer is: absolutely.

Here is why.

Frozen shoulder occurs when the strong connective tissue surrounding the shoulder joint becomes thick, stiff, and inflamed.

Think of it as water freezing into mini icebergs around the shoulder.

The shoulder looses range of motion, and the pain is usually worse at night.
It is fairly common with people in office jobs in which a lot of typing at sitting long hour at a desk is involved.

Myofascial release techniques can encourage the frozen scar tissue in the shoulder to melt layer by layer.
-
I believe there can be an emotional component to a frozen shoulder. Sometimes long held responsibility or stuck grief acts out through the physical body this way.
Therefore, I integrate hot stones , a lot of holding to reassure this stressed area and also warm oil massage.

I follow the formula :
apply comfort (heat/holding) -> deep tissue -> trigger points -> apply comfort again to soothe the body

It is important to approach this condition in multiple ways for best results.

Remember, this syndrome often takes years to develop so it cannot be "knocked out" in a single session. It might take a minimum of 3-5 sessions in which we train the nervous system that it does not need to do this intense guarding anymore.
