✨ CSSC Savings is transforming ✨
In the coming weeks, we are making some changes to CSSC savings, to improve your experience of the app and website.
Improved mobile app:
The CSSC savings app is being totally refreshed to give you a better experience so you'll find it’s even easier for you to save on the go.
Improved website:
The CSSC savings website will replicate the mobile app and feature a wallet containing your reloadable gift cards and digital vouchers for easy access and management.
There are more exciting updates coming soon too, including the name of CSSC savings changing. We'll share more information about this very soon.
CSSC savings will be unavailable from 9am-3pm on 19 March
To complete these updates, the CSSC savings portal will be unavailable from 9am for 6 hours. After which time you will be able to access the new site and app, as usual.
What do you need to do?
If you already have the app on your device, it should update automatically. If you don’t have automatic app updates enabled, you’ll need to go into the app store on your device to prompt the update.
Please note, any saved payment cards will be unavailable after the update and need adding again. All other information, including your cashback, account information, gift cards and vouchers will be available on the website and app.
Spend your cashback:
After the update, you’ll be able to spend your cashback balance on digital vouchers and gift cards available on CSSC savings.
You’ll still be able to transfer cashback to existing reloadable gift cards or a bank account, once you have a minimum balance of £10.
