Many of you have already heard about our legendary “Baileys Cakes” 😋 — well, today marked the next chapter in our Baileys adventure! Episode two took us into new territory as we attempted to create our very own “Baileys Ice Cream.” Being New Year’s Eve, there may have been a wee sherry involved as we journeyed through our culinary expedition, and it certainly added to a wonderful afternoon of laughter and fun.
Fingers crossed our ice cream will be ready for tasting on Thursday 🤞🤞
A huge shoutout to the fantastic staff who assisted this activity — what an incredible team we have! 👏😍

What a lovely experience Janet, Eddie, Isabella and James had today when they visited the "Beyond Van Gough" Immersive Art Experience at the Royal Highland Centre. Stepping inside the works of art was a very unique experience which was thoroughly enjoyed by each Resident.
