A deep tissue massage is brilliant at aiding recovery and treating aches and pains in the body, such as low back pain and repetitive strain injury, but persistent injuries and soreness caused by intensive exercise or a highly active lifestyle, many people opt for sports massage therapy.

Let me take the weight off your feet 🦶

Do suffer from pain in your heels? If so you could be suffering from plantar fasciitis.

Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia, a part of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes.

Symptoms of plantar fasciitis include pain around the heel and arch of your foot. It may be worse in the morning.

You're more likely to get plantar fasciitis from exercising on hard surfaces, wearing shoes with poor support.

I have been suffering from this recently myself through doing more impact exercises and being on my feet more, with the help of massage and soft tissue mobilisation I received instead results 🫶
