Remember a lot of health insurance companies cover my sessions for clients for acupuncture as I’m a member of the British Acupuncture Council and Register of Chinese Herbal medicine so please check your policy as you may have this covered.

This Association membership is the only association that Drs are able to refer to under General Medical Council ethical guidelines and part of the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register.

I provide professional acupuncture, I’m trained over a five year full time degree in acupuncture and herbal medicine. I have additional training and development in women’s health, fertility for couples and also musculoskeletal and neurological support.

Fees at the moment when booked on the course is around £59 per session but after June 1st will be around £69 per session in Muthill. Edinburgh has higher fees due to additional costs.

Currently they are £71.50 Muthill and £88 Edinburgh and these will both rise by £11.50 on 1st June.

Courses can be taken over twelve months and have the added benefit of being able to be given to friends and family/shared.

I took the day yesterday to join in with Strada Vision Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

For their ‘Riding the Waves’ seminar at the beautiful Murrayshall Estate in Scone. What a beautiful day ☀️

Pippa and Sandy provided a great platform to explore the subjects of resilience in change. It reminded me of many of the challenges that my amazing clients have to traverse and I hope I can bring this knowledge and be of use to my clients. As they traverse their own challenges and changes ❤️✨🙏🙏🙏

Riding the Waves of Change

Build a new understanding of how change moves through our lives – whether it’s a shift you’ve chosen or a wave that’s landed on you. By changing the language you use around transition, you’ll learn to find your bearings and regain momentum with steadiness and grace, even when the tide turns.

From surviving change to riding the wave

The Concept In both life and business, change is the only constant – yet we often treat it as a crisis to be managed rather than a natural rhythm. Whether it’s a shift in the market, a change in family dynamics, or an internal evolution of your goals, we tend to brace ourselves against the “hit” of change, which can lead to burnout and stagnation.

The Breakthrough The breakthrough happens when we stop trying to control the ocean and start learning how to surf. We explore the psychological stages of transition and identify where you tend to get “stuck.” By moving from a mindset of resilience (bouncing back) to anti-fragility (growing through the shift), you’ll learn to recognise the opportunities hidden within the waves of uncertainty.

The Outcome You will develop a “Personal Change Compass” to help you navigate future transitions with steadiness rather than stress. You’ll leave with the ability to identify “early warning signs” of change, the confidence to pivot when necessary, and a renewed sense of agency that allows you to surf the waves of life and business with grace and momentum.

Acupuncture supports ovarian health and influences fertility by:

✨️Improving micro-circulation to the ovaries

In a recent study using acupuncture to support reproductive function, patients saw a significant increase in antral follicle count following 12 weeks of treatment. The improvement in follicle numbers were still visible 3 months after the sessions ended.
