Sophie's Holistic Therapies is open again since August 13th. A few alterations have been made in line with insurance requirements. There is a coat hanger at the entrance and I will also ask you to remove your shoes there. You will then head to the bathroom to wash your hands. There will be a hand towel for you. You then will go to the therapy room. There is a curtain in the hallway to separate the rest of the hallway/staircase. Everything is thoroughly cleaned between appointments. You will see on the website calendar 30 min cleaning in between clients. I will wear a visor and a mask. You will wear a mask too. Once you are all set for massage, you will be able to remove your mask when you are face down. Please bring your own mask and bottle of water.
