Super proud of these two for completing the at the weekend. What a great achievement and so much distance covered. It was great to be able to cheer you both across the finish line and work for . Special well done to for coming 3rd womans team over all and 1st in the non elite category, you need to start giving yourself much more credit! Awesome achievement ❤️❤️🎉🎉

Great to treat in the clinic today. The progress she is making is tremendous. With her training put on hold for a short while, it’s great to see and hear all about her recovery and current triathlon training. Dry needling along with physiotherapy exercises provided by .lesley is working wonders.

It's an absolute pleasure to provide mid event sports massage for and last Saturday after an amazing 6400km cycle across Canada which they completed in just 36 days!

Good luck on the next part of the challenge, running 290km in 7 days.
Absolutely smashing it guys and all to raise money for a fantastic cause.
