Today we pause to remember Hugh Gilbert, the founder of Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) — a gentle yet powerful technique that continues to help so many people find balance, relief, and relaxation.

At K**aCalm, KCR is at the heart of what we do. It’s more than just a treatment — it’s a philosophy of working gently with the body, allowing it to realign naturally, release tension, and restore balance. Hugh’s vision was simple: help the body do what it’s designed to do — heal itself.

Every time we offer a KCR session, we continue that work. Every client who leaves feeling lighter, calmer, and more comfortable carries a small part of his legacy forward.
