COACHING will support you to work through your thoughts and feelings to help you move from reactivity to pro-activity. Offering Reiki and Life Coaching that uses a combination of healing methods to help my clients make radical shifts in their lives. Alternatively these can be carried out separately. I will work with you to clarify your goals, create a practical plan and help you to unblock the obstacles to make the changes you need to empower your life.
