✨ NEW Pilates Classes in Newington ✨

We’re so excited to announce a brand new timetable of weekly mat classes in Newington!

🗓 Starting week commencing 20th April
📍 Physis Physiotherapy, Mayfield Gardens, EH9

⏰ Tuesday 6.30pm-7.20pm with Charlie Thyrion
⏰ Friday 9am-9.50am with Charlie Thyrion
⏰ Sunday 10am-10.50am with Gail Davidson

These small, friendly classes are suitable for beginners and improvers, with a focus on building strength, improving mobility and helping you feel more confident in your movement.

This launch has had a great response already and spaces are limited - we recommend booking early to avoid missing out!
