Oh dear - what a horrible day after such a beautiful weekend! Don't let the rain put you off coming to our group meeting tonight (Monday 14 July) at 7.00pm at Carmondean Community Centre in Livingston. Our guest speaker is a bit different as they are from Police Scotland and will be talking about personal security - very important to everyone. Of course there will still be plenty of time to pick up some diabetes information and chat with others with the condition over a tea or coffee. Everyone is welcome - we are a very friendly bunch!
