Whether you’re a beginner or looking to perfect your balance, this workshop will help you build strength, confidence, and technique. Through step-by-step guidance and personalized tips, you’ll learn how to safely get upside down while having fun too. Come challenge yourself and discover what you’re capable of! You DO NOT need to be able to handstand, options will be provided for all levels.
We will cover:
Wrist warm ups
Shoulder and core strength
Shoulder mobility
Body positioning and alignment
Kick up to Handstand and other entries according to your level
Gaining confidence to be upside down
