🌊 Weekly drama sensory classes for babies from 0 - 1 years. Led by Caroline Jess from https://www.littlemoondrama.co.uk

🌊 Each session lasts an hour and includes time for a chat. Hot drinks and biscuits included.

At Little Moon Drama, Caroline’s mission is to spark imagination from the very beginning of life. She intends to create engaging, sensory-rich storytelling experiences for babies that nurture early curiosity and creativity. The classes are designed to strengthen connections between parents and their little ones, providing meaningful shared moments while supporting early development through the power of drama and play.

Are you finding the cost of yoga prohibitive?
You are not alone.
At Tidal Yoga we strive to keep the costs low without cutting corners on teacher pay.
To help with the costs we have three membership levels which are -

Our Membership Prices will remain at this level until 31st December so if you are thinking about a Membership then now is the time to act.

Founding Member £75 per month all yoga and pilates 7 days a week = £2.50 a day! Less than a coffee!!!!

Student Membership £70 per month all yoga and pilates 7 days a week = £2.33 a day! Less than a student coffee!!!

Off-Peak Membership £60 per month. All yoga and pilates Monday to Friday 7am - 5.30pm....£2 per day.

ALL memberships are for a minimum period of 3 months.

🕊️ Ahimsa: A Heart-Opening Vinyasa Workshop 🤍
Join Ellen at Tidal for a 90-minute exploration of Ahimsa, one of yoga’s Yamas (moral guidelines), in support of Medical Aid for Palestinians.

We’ll move together through a nourishing, heart-opening Vinyasa Flow, beginning with grounding pranayama and closing with an extended, restful shavasana. Throughout the practice, we’ll reflect on how the principle of non-violence - Ahimsa - can be woven through our movement, breath, and daily lives, both on and off the mat.

✨ 100% of proceeds will go to Medical Aid for Palestinians.

Yin Yoga offers a calm, grounding practice that complements more active styles of yoga. By holding poses for longer periods, this practice targets the deeper layers of the body (the connective tissues, joints & fascia) helping to improve flexibility and mobility over time.
