Training for the Edinburgh Marathon Festival? This workshop series is designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and go further this season.
Expect a dynamic yoga flow focused on injury prevention, recovery, and performance, so you can show up to your runs feeling stronger, more balanced and ready!
Led by Janessa (who’s training for the half marathon herself) these sessions blend yoga, health & psychology into a practical, runner-focused class.
