Saturday 18th April at 15:00

Training for the Edinburgh Marathon Festival? This workshop series is designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and go further this season.

Expect a dynamic yoga flow focused on injury prevention, recovery, and performance, so you can show up to your runs feeling stronger, more balanced and ready!

Led by Janessa (who’s training for the half marathon herself) these sessions blend yoga, health & psychology into a practical, runner-focused class.

✨ £8 from every ticket supports Health in Mind, a mental health charity in Scotland.

We have a very special prize to offer the Tidal Yoga client who attends the most Off Peak classes this month - A 60 minute therapeutic massage with the magical 🤍🤍

Every massage given by Nikki is a bespoke experience, crafted to meet each client’s needs she draws on her extensive range of skills which include Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, acupressure and sound therapy. Nikki takes a meditative approach to her work and has a keen interest in techniques that encourage the client’s system to “let go” as she knows this is where deep healing begins. Each session is accompanied by her unique “Meanderscapes”

Off-Peak is the way to go...After the success of our Try Membership - we are happy to offer the same opportunity for Off-Peak membership from April.  For a one off £65 you can try all the yoga you would like on Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm for one month (no contract).  During this time there are wonderful classes on offer including Vinyasa Flow, Pilates, MyoYin, Gentle Hatha and many more. 🌊

Ready to turn your world upside down? This supportive two-hour workshop breaks down headstand (Sirsasana) into clear, accessible steps — helping you build strength, confidence, and control.

Whether you’re brand new, feeling stuck, or ready to explore new entries and shapes, you’ll learn how to move safely and with awareness (with a little partner work along the way 👯‍♀️).

We’ll explore:
• Headstand foundations & alignment
• Strength-building prep exercises
• Different entries and shapes
• Practical drills to support your practice at home

Expect a playful, encouraging space with options for all levels.

Please note: Not suitable for those with injuries or restrictions in the neck, shoulders, spine, or hips. Some prior movement experience recommended. ✨

Join us for a two-hour practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create space for what’s next. Through gentle yoga, breath, and guided reflection, we’ll explore steady, intentional growth.

Journey to Arm Balances 🕊️

Ready to lift off? This two-hour workshop explores the foundations of arm balancing in a supportive and playful way. Whether you’re working towards your first lift-off or already have a steady crow pose, you’ll build strength, confidence, and technique to take the next step.

We’ll explore:
• Strong, stable foundations through the hands and shoulders
• Crow Pose (Bakasana)
• Side Crow and Flying Side Crow variations
• Simple drills to keep progressing at home

Expect clear progressions, options for different levels, and plenty of time to experiment.

Please note: As arm balances require weight-bearing through the wrists and shoulders, this workshop may not be suitable for those with upper-body injuries.
