WORKSHOP 🌊 “Winter Workshop Series - Back Bending” 🏹

A nourishing, interactive workshop designed to help you safely explore back bending and front body opening. We’ll work with accessible drills to build strength and create space in the thoracic spine, chest, and shoulders, with practical techniques you can take into your weekly practice. Using props and progressive pathways, we’ll explore foundational postures like Upward Dog and Locust before moving towards deeper backbends including Camel, Wheel, and King Pigeon.
