π€β¨οΈ Since we're in October and getting closer to our favourite holiday, we thought we'd share some masks we've made over the years to attend to spooky parties. We're currently working on some new ones to add to our website.
πβ¨οΈ Let's think more about masks, the wearing of, or using as a home decor item, to the metaphorical ones we wear when going about our days. Being mindful and reflective about the amount of energy or spoons a particular mask might need.
π»β¨οΈ Or the different uses of dressing up, guising in order to gain sweets while out with your friends or family, or to hide your identity by becoming something or someone else. How do you feel when you dress up as your favourite characters or something you fear?
πβ¨οΈ Thinking about the different masks you wear whilst out being a person, do you have to "mask" when doing side quests? Or going to school, university or work? When do you "unmask" and how do you go about recharging your social battery?
π€β¨οΈ At Artful Thinking we understand the difficulties that come with masking, and when are clients are ready to adopt some time to unmask in their lives, we utilise a wide range of creative and digital play tools.

Images are of a tinfoil covered cat mask, a tiger made from a paper plate, a kelpie made from coloured card, a blue 3d bird mask made from coloured card, a 3d red bird mask, a mossy green with doll faces poking out mask, a wire and thread green horned monster mask and another 3d pink bird mask with horns.
