Tonight’s Blood Moon is not just a cosmic show—it’s an invitation to tune in to your body and energy.
During lunar eclipses we may feel:
✧ lighter sleep and vivid dreams 🌙
✧ shifts in energy (tiredness or restlessness) ⚡
✧ heightened emotional sensitivity 💫
✧ a natural urge to release and transform ✨

👉 Yoga can help us align with this energy:
– Pranayama (deep breathing) to calm the nervous system
– Grounding poses (Tadasana, Malasana) for stability
– Twists & forward folds to support release and purification
– Savasana or Yoga Nidra to integrate change and find rest

The Blood Moon reminds us that cycles of letting go and renewal live within us too. 🌱

After days of travel, holidays, or simply a different rhythm, the body asks for care. Yoga is a beautiful way to restore balance, release tension, and feel present again. 🪷

Here are 3 simple movements to try:
1️⃣ Deep breathing – inhale through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth.
2️⃣ Stretch your arms up and open the chest.
3️⃣ A gentle seated twist to free the spine.

I started yoga when I was very young—before I had the words for stress or anxiety, but I could feel them in my body. Over time, yoga became more than just movement—it became a way to find calm, to center myself, especially during moments of panic or overwhelm.

What I share in class isn’t something I’ve memorized from a book. It’s the fruit of what I’ve lived, and what I continue to feel on the mat—moment by moment. Every breath, every pose, every pause comes from a place of real experience.

This practice helped me return to myself when I felt scattered or anxious, and that’s what I hope to offer: a space where you can simply be, and feel safe doing so.

You don’t need to be flexible or have it all together. Just come as you are. We’ll move, breathe, and discover that quiet space inside—together.

Just breathe.”
We hear it all the time. But how often do we really do it?

This photo made me pause—watching the rhythm of the waves and the soft rise and fall of the sky. It reminded me how much the breath mirrors nature. And how often we forget to breathe fully.

So many people say, “I can’t catch my breath,” or “I don’t know how to breathe properly.” It’s not uncommon—especially in a world that moves fast and asks us to keep up. Shallow, rushed breathing becomes our default, and we don’t even notice how it affects our energy, focus, and mood.

But breath is our anchor. It’s our pause. It’s available to us at any moment, asking only for a little awareness.

So maybe today, wherever you are, just take a moment.
Breathe in slowly.
Feel it land.
And let it go.

That’s enough.






This is something I continue to learn and relearn every day. Breath always brings me back.

Hi ,my name is Emanuela I’m a yoga teacher and reflexology/

I came from Rome but I move to Scottland with my husban and 3 childre

I started yoga 15 years ago, in Rome i studied in different school and meet differnt teachers that affected my yoga practice, then I knew yoga was my passion and wantwed to became a yoga teacher and share it with others, my amazing yoga teacher Paola Del Monaco helped me achieved this.
