This class is just like Joseph Pilates taught his class back in the day, there are 37 exercises in a specific order. It’s awesome. It’s hard, fast and sweaty and there’s no resting or easy options. It’s for fit and healthy people who want to push themselves to do advanced work including inversions.

This year is my 25th year as a pilates teacher 😱 I was 21 years old and a baby!
It’s sooooo long ago that I didn’t have an iPhone or a camera or social media capturing everything. I took the class registers with pencil and paper and people paid by cash or cheque.
I’ve been running my business for longer than some of my current class members have been alive and some of my class members have been coming for decades and we’ve seen each other grow up.
To celebrate I’ll be launching some special 25th anniversary events, competitions and new offerings for you, so watch this space for some unbelievable goodies you won’t want to miss out on this year!
