Dear Patients & Friends
One week into 'partial lock down' and we are all trying to fill our days productively.
Please set aside some time each day for general exercise as the government is encouraging.
From my Physio perspective please try and do the exercises specific to your problem multiple times daily to compensate for the fact that you will not be receiving any physical therapy.
Remember that you are free to contact me by mobile, email, and Facebook if you want to touch base with any questions you may have.
I was going to post a short exercise video with some suggestions but I think Joe Wickes has that one covered 😁.
