Menopause can bring a long and often overwhelming list of symptoms. You might experience a few, many, or hardly any at all—but one feeling many women share is a loss of control over their bodies, both physically and emotionally.
One of the most powerful ways to take that control back is through movement.
Regular exercise has been shown to ease many of the most common menopause symptoms. The recommended 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity each week, combined with regular strength training, can help reduce brain fog, boost energy levels, support healthy weight management, and improve mood and sleep.
Research supports this too. In a study by Dr Elizabeth Knight, women who followed a mixed cardio and strength-training programme for just 60 days reported noticeable improvements in many typical menopause symptoms.
The good news is you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Our whole-body circuit classes are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and feel more confident in your body again. With supportive coaching and a welcoming environment, I’ll help you move towards that 150-minute goal—and start feeling the benefits sooner than you might think.
