In a couple of weeks time Forth SPAN (su***de prevention action network) are hosting a weekend of events including free su***de prevention training, a dry bar social event and quiz and a community networking showcase with chatty cafe. There are still some spaces left for the training on the Saturday or networking on the Sunday. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you're interested. Such a great resource for our area 💛 ###

~ Wishing you a Restful Christmas this Year ~

Have been very quiet on social media for the past few months as have had a few big changes going on including starting a new role in the NHS as advanced practitioner in pelvic health 💛

Grateful to have been able to keep classes going though and wanted to post to say thank you so much for supporting my little business for another year 🥰 I am so lucky to truly love what I do, and it wouldn't be possible without your interest and support, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Exciting times ahead for 2024 so watch this space...

I hope the Christmas madness isn't too much for you and that you manage to slow down and enjoy the break when it comes.
