Exercise is Medicine - being active should have equal part of everyone life. It is known that activity radically reduce illness compare to people who live sedantary style of living. In the past people used to be naturally active but that has changed a lot these days so many people hardly do any form of exersice causing rapid raise of ilness in the world population. There is also the other side if people choosing incorrect form or too extreme side of exercise that can cause some damage, both is wrong but that is not as dominant as being inactive.
Focus on healthly and balanced living is very impartant as well focus on choosing the right form of exercise and its intensity. We should all support active lifestyle which should help to reduce the amount of medicine we take for variuos illnesses such as cardivascular problems, diabetes, neurogenerative ilnesses and many others. For sure and logically the Activity doesn't have the same support as farmaceutic industry. Be active - Reduce the amount sitting at work/home office - Eat Healthy - Give your body enough sleep - Meditate - Find to Relax
