After taking a 6 month sabbatical from work, these are some of the lessons I have learned. From slowing down to reconnecting with nature, to stepping away from productivity, taking time off gave me space to reflect on what really matters. I realised how deeply resting, travelling to see alternative perspectives, and intentional living impact on mental wellbeing. Taking a break is a powerful way to reset, gain perspective and return with more clarity and purpose.
