As the year comes to a close, we just want to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful patients for your continued trust, support and loyalty throughout 2025.
It’s been a privilege to support you on your health and wellbeing journeys — from recovery and rehabilitation to maintenance, movement and everything in between. Your commitment, kindness and positivity are what make our clinic such a special place to be every day.

Who knew that physios and massage therapists are both artistic and perfectionists! We had a wonderful afternoon of painting mugs from Doodles Ceramics Workshop and then enjoyed a festive menu at our neighbour, Bell Bottom Eatery!

Who’s in your team? 🤍

Over dinner with friends a few weeks ago, I was reminded just how lucky I am. We all played touch rugby together at different points over the last twenty years — some of us see each other all the time, others only every so often. But whenever we meet, it’s as if no time has passed.

The support (much needed when you’re in the “almost 50” age bracket 😅), the friendship, the belly laughs that make your cheeks hurt… that’s the magic of being part of a team.

And I’m fortunate enough to still have that feeling today. I play Touch alongside some incredible women (you know who you are!) — and I’m just as lucky in my work life. At Active Health, I’ve been able to build a team that genuinely makes coming into work a joy.

We have amazing physiotherapists, massage therapists and a craniosacral therapist — and now we’re delighted to welcome Sara, a physio who has also completed her MSc in Strength & Conditioning. I already knew she’d be a wonderful addition, but she’s only been with us a couple of weeks and already has her first ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google review!
