🤔 What is the muscle-emotion link?

💪 When we're feeling particularly strong emotions, the muscles within our body can tense up, sometimes causing pain and further intensifying worry. This often occurs in the neck, shoulders, stomach, chest, and lower back.

🌻 The good thing is that there are many ways to alleviate this muscle tension! Effective methods include stretching, deep breathing, and warm showers.

🤔 What’s the difference between mental health and mental illness?

🧠 Mental health is a state that everyone has. It can fluctuate naturally and looks different for each person.

💬 Mental illness is a diagnosed condition that may require support from a professional. If you’re feeling persistently anxious, sad, tense, or withdrawn, reaching out can help you feel better.

✨ Remember: caring for your mental health is for everyone, not just when things feel ‘bad’.
