Important Notice from Fior Health & Beauty

We would like to thank all of our clients for their continued support throughout the year. As we move through December, our busiest period, we feel it is important to address an issue that has had a noticeable impact on the salon.

This month, we have experienced a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and missed appointments. As a small business, these gaps in our schedule directly affect our team and our ability to operate efficiently. They also prevent other clients—who are often waiting for an appointment—from taking those available times.

We kindly remind all clients that Fior Health & Beauty operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within this timeframe is subject to the full appointment charge. This policy allows us to manage our schedule fairly and maintain the level of service our clients expect.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we thank you for supporting Fior Health & Beauty during this busy season. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
