January always feels like a long month of short days and dark evenings. While there isn't much going on, it's the perfect time to come along and try something a little different.

Edinburgh Yogis' yoga classes for beginners and improvers are small, local, friendly and very relaxed. No matter how flexible you are or whether you've ever done yoga before there is something for everyone.

Classes are:
Tuesdays 6pm & 7:15pm at Saughtonhall Community Association
Wednesday 6:15pm at Cargilfield School in Cramond

Brand New Class Starting 20th January:

Tuesday 11:15am at Turnhouse Golf Club - open to everyone
Classes are £11 each or £45 for 5. All equipment can be provided.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi there is something for you.

I’m delighted to share that Edinburgh Yogis will be bringing a new yoga class to Cramond Kirk Hall from Wednesday 6th November @ 6:30pm.

At Edinburgh Yogis we live by the principle that yoga has something for everybody regardless of experience, flexibility, shape or the kind of mat you own.

We appreciate that it can be tricky to navigate the different styles, odd sounding names and stereotypes that can surround yoga. We aim to break down those barriers and make yoga accessible to all. Whether you want to give yoga a try or build on your existing practice Edinburgh Yogis can help.
Our Wednesday “Friendly Yoga for All” class is a small class so great for those new or coming back to yoga or looking to building their experience. The class introduces and develops on the key foundational postures to help build confidence in your practice at the same time as improving flexibility, strength and balance. Each week the class will focus on different areas of the body and there will be lots of options to ensure that the class is achievable no matter your current level but also give you the opportunity to challenge yourself.
