I have been overweight most of my life and although I've always been into sports, have never been consistent with a healthy lifestyle and gave up many times! When I finally got the right motivation and inner strength to stick to a regular healthy lifestyle, I lost over 20 kg of weight and got a decent and toned body and was really happy w

ith my achievement. Then I fell pregnant and during pregnancy I let go of all my good eating habits again and put all the weight back on. I'm currently going through the process again and want to inspire and motivate like minded people, specially mums :)
