Spring has sprung and today is the first day back in Scotland offering massage treatments :)
I feel so fortunate to reconnect with my clients and friends through touch and mutually we begin to emerge again towards our best selves xo

I could’ve started my clinic a month earlier but decided to take my time prepping and acclimatising to the new regulations.
Today after 5 months away it’s great to be back in the treatment room 🙂

Recent research shows that 1 in 3 adults has experienced more depression and anxiety during the Covid pandemic and sadly this might be our new normal for the foreseeable future.

I feel incredibly privileged and so happy to begin seeing, treating and connecting with my lovely clients again, with all that Covid restrictions allow, and helping them (and me!) feel lighter, looser, happier and more positive about where we are at and what is still possible.

So when you are ready come shed some of the fear, confusion, stress and anxiety you have accumulated over these past months and know that you can feel so much better ❤️

I began working with the fantastic Rosas Dance Company from Belgium end of 2017 and into 2018.

Throughout the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe 2018 I’ve had the privilege of working with wonderful individuals from various dance and theatre companies:
Tjimur Dance Theatre / Taiwan;
Akram Khan Dance Company / London;
Limosani Projekts / Australia;
National Theatre of Scotland.
It’s been a fantastic experience.

Oh the joy of giving and receiving love, kindness and absolute respect through touch and connection 🌸
