As we approach Hogmanay ✨
I’ve been thinking about how we’re setting intentions for the new year.

Are you in masculine mode — pushing, striving, doing all the things? There’s nothing wrong with that… but staying there too long can lead to burnout.

After listening to a podcast recently, it really clicked for me how powerful it is to balance that with a feminine approach — rest, self-care, intuition, and flow.

Maybe this year isn’t about doing more…
but about doing things differently.

In 2026, we’ll be travelling a little further on the last Saturday of each month — heading into Fife, up to the beautiful Pittenweem tidal pools. We can’t wait to grow our Fife community alongside our Edinburgh community, and to share these powerful experiences with even more of you.

I’m delighted to share some exciting news… I’m returning to Fife from January to teach Qi gong!
It’s been a long time, but I can’t wait to reconnect, move, breathe, and restore balance with you all.

A massive thank you to all the incredible NHS staff who showed up for themselves every Tuesday evening at St. John’s Hospital in Livingston. It’s been such a joy seeing you all week after week – your energy, openness, and commitment have been truly inspiring 🌸

I’ve found myself falling into a routine – driving through on a Tuesday, sharing that space with you, then heading home with a full heart. I’m definitely going to miss you guys! 🥲

I’m so glad you enjoyed the class, and I really appreciate all the feedback and for taking the time to complete the survey for NHS Management. It means a lot, and it helps keep the focus on your health and wellbeing 📲

🌀 Qigong in Action with Our Amazing NHS Staff! 🌀

It’s been incredible to see NHS staff stepping into their Qi gong stances with strength, focus, and intention! 💪✨

I always encourage placing 70% of your body weight into the front leg, keeping that back leg straight, and really grounding through the feet. 🦶 This creates a solid, connected base - and they nailed it!

We paired up for a partner exercise where one person resists while the other gently pushes. It’s a powerful way to build balance, internal strength, and body awareness - plus, it’s way more challenging than it looks!

It’s inspiring to watch how quickly they connect with their bodies, each other, and the energy of the practice. 🌿

Generational trauma passed through my bloodline like an unspoken legacy - pain, silence, survival patterns, wounds dressed up as tradition. But it ends here. With me.

I chose healing over hiding. I chose truth over silence. I chose to feel what others numbed, to speak what was never said, to become what we were told we could not be.

I broke the cycle.
I faced the storm so future generations won’t have to.
