Now we're always going to look at a croissant and remember Vicky Pattison's comment about her posture on the opening night of Strictly Come Dancing, last Saturday night!

She thinks she has a posture like a croissant. It's a cute analogy referring to forward head and rounded shoulders. It's very common, particularly these days.

We look forward to watching Vicky as she progresses through the weeks and seeing if professional dance partner, Kai Widdrington helps her stand up tall and get those shoulders and head back.

Harvesting my summer veg

I enjoyed the sunshine today and got out and harvested my potato and corn crops.

Pretty happy with them both overall. I grew the potatoes in bags and despite the slugs or something else getting to them, I'm delighted with the potatoes produced. This is my second year growing corn and the crop this year is much better than last year. All the sunshine has been great for them!

💚Congratulations to all the new students starting 1st year at the Scotland College of Chiropractic in Edinburgh. It's an amazing achievement of all the team at the SCC to be now taking in their their third year of new students. We wish everyone at the College well for the year ahead.

Andrew is a tutor to six 2nd Year students at the College and Dylan our Sports Massage Therapist is in his 2nd year studying to be a chiropractor there. We're delighted to play our part in supporting the SCC and future Chiropractors.💚

My sunflowers are now up to 7ft tall and in bloom. I'm surprised how good they are this year. They are the best they've ever been. Must have been all that sunshine,
