Every quarter we press pause for a proper team huddle — no patients, no rush, just good chats, shared ideas, and lunch from Rocksalt Café, a fantastic local cafe.

Today we covered plans, swapped stories, and even Betsy, Michelle's 7 month old labradoodle added her two paws worth of genius 🐶.

Big thanks to this brilliant bunch for always showing up with energy, ideas, and good humour.

There is so much living to do after the fifty year mark. You don't have to accept that because you're over 50 you have to live with pain and symptoms. It's not inevitable!
Many of the problems we see with patients over 50 are both treatable and often preventable. Just like Brian here who came to see us with low back pain and now enjoys his pastime of running even more.
