Was a great weekend & now looking forward to Module 3 next weekend 😀

💙💛💙 Lovely weekend with this group teaching modules EMMETT Modules 1&2 in Glasgow 💙💛💙

We had the most unique feedback when one student said she felt so loose & flexible afterwards that she could join Cirque De Soleil and be a Trapeze Artist 🤣

Well we do all get to practice on each other so it’s a win-win for everyone (clients and therapists).

⭐️ Looking forward to seeing them all again for Module 3 in October and we have a few others joining us then ⭐️

Our 1-day Human workshop teaches you 9 moves which aims to help with pain or restricted movement, taking you from head to feet. Including moves which aim to relax your neck, arms, legs and may help your balance. The gentle touch is even safe for use on babies and the elderly.

⭐️All workshop moves are done clothed and while standing or seated. No pre-requisites are required.⭐️
